First National Community Bank announces several staff promotions.

Michael Cummings has been promoted to assistant vice president of marketing, where he will oversee all marketing, public relations and social media activities for the bank. Prior to joining FNCB in 2011 as a marketing specialist, he spent 20 years in professional baseball as the director of public relations for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons and Yankees.

Cummings is a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and the University of Scranton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.

He serves as a youth coach for the Triboro Soccer League and Old Forge Girls Little League. He resides in Scranton with his wife, Wendy; son, Andrew, and daughter, Elizabeth.

Nadine Limongelli has been promoted to assistant vice president, community office manager, where she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the FNCB community office in Pittston. She began her career with FNCB in 1998 and has held positions of customer service representative, assistant manager and community office manager.

Limongelli is a graduate of Pittston Area High School and the FNCB Professional Development Program. She currently resides in Exeter.

Sara Matusinski has been promoted to assistant vice president, customer care center supervisor where she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the FNCB Customer Care Center in Exeter. She joined FNCB in 2002 as a teller and was the community office manager at the Route 315 branch from 2007 to 2013 before being appointed customer care center supervisor.

Matusinski is a graduate of Bishop Hafey High School, Hazleton, and Kings College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She resides in Kingston with her husband, Craig.

Ellen Pritchard has been promoted to assistant vice president, community office manager, where she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the FNCB community offices on Route 6 and Main Street, Honesdale.

She joined FNCB in 2006 as a senior customer service representative before being promoted to community office manager of the Honesdale branch in 2010.

Pritchard is a graduate of Southeast High School, Bradenton, Florida and has completed numerous American Institute of Banking courses. She resides in Honesdale with her husband, Richard. They have two children, Justin and Jennifer.

Stephanie Abraham has been promoted to commercial officer where she is responsible for developing and expanding business banking relationships in Wayne, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. Prior to joining FNCB in 2015, she was a finance manager at Wayne County Ford and Gibbons Ford.

She is a graduate of Honesdale High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Scranton and is a 2015 graduate of the FNCB Professional Development Program.

She is a volunteer with the Lakeland Girls Softball Association and resides in Greenfield Township with her husband, Donald Fallon and daughter, Isabella Fallon.

Igor Bodnar has been promoted to banking officer, community office manager, where he is responsible for managing the daily operations of the FNCB Back Mountain Community Office. Before joining FNCB in 2015, he was a licensed personal banker with Wells Fargo. Bodnar began his banking career at FNCB in 2009 holding various sales and leadership positions.

He is a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from King’s College. He is Pennsylvania Insurance and Series 6 and Series 63 FINRA licensed. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Jennifer.

Nicoline Evans has been promoted to banking officer, community office manager, where she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the FNCB Community Office, Hazleton.

Evans joined FNCB in 2003 and held the positions of senior CSR, assistant manager and community office manager.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Financial Education and has completed numerous banking industry courses. An active member of the community, she is past-chairman of Pathway to Recovery and is the 2012 recipient of the Greater Hazleton YMCA/YWCA PEARL Award.

She resides in Hazle Township with her husband, Dennis. They are the parents of three children, Nicole, Lesle and Dennis Jr.
