Scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship and character. The five traits of National Junior Honor Society members were the focus of the National Junior Honor Society Induction at Saint Jude School. Student leaders inducted the newest students eligible to join and reminded families and the student body of the standards of excellence all members are charged with as members of one of the nation’s oldest, largest and most prestigious student recognition program. Newly elected President Christopher Papciak and Principal Sister Ellen Fischer, SCC, welcomed the new members and called each of them to “Hold high the torch …’Twas given you from other hands you know.”
