Health Care Foundation awards grant to Child Advocacy Center

The Northeastern Pennsylvania Health Care Foundation recently awarded a grant to the Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center in Wilkes-Barre to support free medical exams to children when abuse or neglect have been reported.
