Harman makes Eagle Scout rank

David Charles Harman of Boy Scout Troop 207, Conyngham, has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest award in Scouting. Harman renovated an outdoor playground at Community Alliance Church for his community service project. From left are state Sen. Lisa Baker, R-Lehman Township; state Rep.
