Students at Dr. David Kistler Elementary School were sworn in as safety patrols for the 2009-2010 school year. Jodie Dunn, Wilkes-Barre+Area+School+District%22>Wilkes-Barre Area School District safety coordinator, administered the oath. Jim Slocum, AAA Mid-Atlantic, safety patrol sponsor, explained the duties and responsibilities that come with being a member of the safety patrol squad.
