WILKES-BARRE: The Peace Commission of the Episcopal Diocese of Bethlehem will sponsor a three-day Creating a Culture of Peace Training from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 5 and 6 and from 1-6 p.m. Nov. 7 at St. Stephen’s Pro-Cathedral, 35 S. Franklin St.
