Kingston High School

Lake-Lehman High School

Class of 1979 will hold its 30th class reunion from 5-9 p.m. on July 18 at Bentley’s, Route 309, Ashley. The cost is $40 per person. Meyers High School

Class of 1959 will meet at 7 p.m. on June 15 at Norm’s Pizza, South Sherman Street, Wilkes-Barre, to further plans for its 50th class reunion. Those planning to eat should arrive at 6 p.m. The reunion weekend begins from 7:30-10:30 p.m. on Aug. 7 with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres mixer at The Woodlands streamside lounge and deck. There will be a tour of Meyers High School at 1 1 a.m. on Aug. 8. Those attending should meet at the flagpole in front of the school. Lunch will follow at Abe’s on Barney Street. The reunion dinner dance will be held at the Wyoming Valley Country Club with cocktails/hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. A surprise program is being planned and there will be dancing and music by a D.J. Deadline for reservations is July 31.

Nanticoke-Newport High School

Class of 1969 will hold its 40th reunion on Aug. 15 at Konefal’s Grove. Announcements have been sent out. Class of 1960 will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Plains American Legion, East Carey Street, Plains Township. Plans are being made for the 50th reunion and all classmates are invited to attend.

Wilkes-Barre Township High School
