The Kingston Lions Club and Sylvan Learning Center have donated several cases containing backpacks and other supplies to Third Avenue, Schuyler and Pringle elementary schools. The backpacks were purchased at a discount from Five Below and aided families in need. To join the Lions club, contact Chris at 406-7669. The Kingston Lions Club meets twice per month at Theo’s Metro, Mercer Ave., Kingston. Representatives are Tony Mink, Dennis Cook, Andrea Petrasek, Bob Capral, Chris Halbohm and Trish Curley.
