‘Krizova Cesta’ scheduled March 15 in Wilkes-Barre

The traditional Slovak Stations of the Cross, ‘Krizova Cesta,’ sponsored by the Slovak Heritage Society of Northeastern Pennsylvania will begin at 2 p.m. March 15 in the Sacred Heart Slovak Church, 601 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Leading the Stations will be the Rev. John Albosta, pastor of St. Mary’s Church, Waymart. A Slovak hymn sing will precede the Stations with music sheets provided. Committee members from left: Jackson Hendershot, Bernadette Yencha, Magdalen M. Benish, Anna Hudock, Elaine Palischak, and Joseph Kowatch.
