FOSTER TWP. — Two brothers were stabbed and a third struck in the head with a baseball bat during a fight around midnight Friday, according to state police.

Charles E. Jackson, 28, was hit in the head with a bat while Julian David Jackson, 23, and Cory Bezdziecki, 31, were stabbed during a domestic dispute at a residence on Sunshine Drive, police said.

State police in Hazleton could not determine what sparked the brawl due to a lack of cooperation, but said all three brothers were transported to area hospitals for medical attention.

Hospital officials said the brothers were listed in stable condition Friday morning.

No further details were immediately available.
