Kristen Flock and Joseph Rossi, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Janet Flock, of Swoyersville. She is the granddaughter of the late William and Leah Flock, of Dallas and the late George and Ellen Moses, of Luzerne.

Kristen is a 2006 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from East Stroudsburg University in 2010, a bachelor’s degree in special education from King’s College and a master’s degree as a reading specialist from King’s College.

She is currently employed as a special education teacher at Wyoming Valley West School District.

The prospective groom is the son of Joseph and Kristina Rossi, of Harding. He is the grandson of Edward and Brigette Gawelko, of Harding and Dorothy and the late Anthony Rossi, of Yatesville.

Joseph is a 2006 graduate of Wyoming Area High School. He earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in electronics from Johnson College in 2008.

Joseph is currently employed at Tobyhanna Army Depot as an electronics specialist.

The couple will exchange vows July 1, 2017, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville.
