A horse soaks up some rays Tuesday under a sunny sky in a field on Friedman Farms on Wyoming Road in Dallas. It probably behooved the beast to enjoy the mild weather while it lasted, given the storm headed our way from the west. The Virginias could see 10 to 20 inches of snow and areas just south of us could see a half foot, but the Wyoming Valley will likely see a mix of snow and rain with only about an inch of accumulation this afternoon through Thursday afternoon; higher elevations can expect 2 to 3 inches of snow. Temps should remain stable for a couple days, hovering in the 30s until they begin to climb into the high 40s by the weekend. See the complete forecast on Page 10A.
TODAY WILL BE A HORSE OF A DIFFERENT COLOR
