WILKES-BARRE — A Luzerne County jury on Tuesday found Stacy Conrad, 42, of Berwick, not guilty on charges of criminal mischief and harassment.
Salem Township police alleged Conrad damaged a vehicle owned by Rhonda Mackes on East Second Street on Jan. 26, 2012, according to the criminal complaint.
The jury deliberated for 35 minutes before returning the not-guilty verdict before Judge Joseph Sklarosky Jr.
Attorney James Haggerty represented Conrad. Assistant District Attorney Michele Hardik prosecuted.
WILKES-BARRE — A Luzerne County jury on Tuesday found David Scoda, 32, of York Avenue, Duryea, not guilty of fleeing a police officer.
Judge Fred Pierantoni III, who presided over the one-day trial, found Scoda not guilty of a traffic violation.
Jenkins Township police alleged Scoda failed to stop on Main Street for a traffic violation on June 13, 2010, according to the criminal complaint.
Attorney Joseph Sklarosky Sr. represented Scoda.
Assistant District Attorney Michael Sowinski prosecuted.
