WILKES-BARRE — The Meyers Mohawks saw their season come to an end Saturday afternoon as they fell 57-47 to District 3 runner-up Trinity in the PIAA Class 2A boys basketball playoffs at King’s College.
Seniors Rasheed Moore and Ryan Krawczeniuk scored 13 points each for District 2 runner-up Meyers, which ended its season at 23-4. Senior C.J. Szafran added 11.
The Mohawks jumped to a 9-2 lead, but once Trinity caught up the Mohawks trailed the rest of the way.
