Police locate vehicle involved in hit-and-run in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH - Authorities have located a vehicle that is suspected of being involved in a hit-and-run in Plymouth on Saturday that left a man in critical condition, District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis said in a press release.


William Goulstone, 54, of Plymouth, was struck at around 2 a.m. in the area of 135 E. Main St. He is in critical condition at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.


Police have identified the vehicle in question, which is currently in the possession of the Plymouth Borough Police Department, Salavantis said. The investigation remains active and interviews are currently being conducted.


Additional details regarding the status of the investigation are expected to be released later, Salavantis said.
