WILKES-BARRE — Police are looking for a man who they say smashed a McDonald’s garbage can.

Officers were called at around 3:30 p.m. Monday to the McDonald’s on East Northampton Street, Wilkes-Barre, for reports of a disorderly male.

The restaurant’s manager told police that a white male had been sleeping inside the business and was asked to leave.

The man tipped over a garbage can, which smashed when it fell. The man fled before police arrived on scene.
