André Rieu Returns to Northeastern Pennsylvania

As part of a newly announced tour, André Rieu confirms he’ll play the Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-BarreTownship on at 7:30 p.m. June 21, 2010.

With his 55-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra, he will partner with WVIA for a “Celebration of Music Tour.”

According to Billboard magazine, Rieu was the world’s most successful male touring artist for the first half of 2009. The magazine also listed him as the top classical artist for 2008.
