Susan Shotwell has been named classified inside sales manager. Born and raised in Bloomsburg, Shotwell lives in Moscow. She has 37 years experience in the newspaper industry, the first 15 at the Bloomsburg Press-Enterprise and most recently with Times-Shamrock Communications where she was classified call center supervisor for several daily newspapers and numerous weeklies. She has two children: Fred, Berwick, and Gretchen, New Orleans.

GOLDEN TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Mark Sharr, Duryea, was recently named Employee of the Month for May at the Kingston company. Employed in the sub-upholstery department, he was honored for being a dedicated, hard-working team player who not only works in his department, but in other areas of the manufacturing facility as well.

FIRST NATIONAL COMMUNITY BANK

Ronald McHale, of Mountain Top, recently joined the bank in the position of senior financial consultant. McHale has 20 years of bank brokerage experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Wilkes University. He also holds his NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and the Pennsylvania Life, Health, Accident, Variable Life, Fixed Annuities, Variable Annuities.

HONORS & AWARDS

Brian Leffler, of Kniffen O’Malley Funeral Home, Inc., Avoca, recently attended the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association Annual Convention in Las Vegas and completed his training as a Certified Cremation Arranger.
