Dallas man charged with lewd act near Kingston school

KINGSTON - A Dallas man was charged by police on Wednesday for twice performing a lewd act inside a vehicle parked near the Wyoming Valley West Middle School on Chester Street.

Mark Mascioli, 34, of Shaver Avenue, was charged with two counts each of indecent exposure and open lewdness. He was arraigned by District Judge Paul Roberts in Kingston.

According to the criminal complaint:

Three female juveniles told a school official Wednesday morning that they saw a man inside a parked vehicle on Chester Street performing a lewd act. Police traced the vehicle to Mascioli, who allegedly admitted to performing the lewd act Wednesday morning and about a week ago in the same area, the criminal complaint says.
