Dunn plea hearing is set for Dec. 2
SCRANTON -- The guilty plea hearing for Wilkes-Barre Area School Director Brian Dunn has been scheduled for 10 a.m. Dec. 2 in federal court in Scranton.
Dunn reached a plea deal with prosecutors in October in which he agreed to plead guilty to accepting a bribe in exchange for his influence in helping a teacher obtain a job.
The guilty plea will be heard by U.S. District Judge William Conaboy.
