After more than 20 sometimes lengthy meetings, the Luzerne County Government Study Commission will vote Dec. 9 on what changes should be made to county government.
Chairman Jim Haggerty said the group will choose from three possible courses of action at that vote. He admitted in a telephone interview on Friday some of the specifics of the options are still being worked out. The commission can vote to write a final report summarizing their findings and opinions, due in February, and disband, Haggerty said.
