KINGSTON - Police arrested a Wilkes-Barre man on Wednesday for his alleged role in a robbery on Nov. 7.
Matthew J. Dubil, 23, of Laurel Street, was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property. He was arraigned by District Judge Paul Roberts in Kingston.
Police allege Dubil and Harold Terry, 20, of Laurel Street, Wilkes-Barre, conspired to rob the Sunoco A-Plus on Wyoming Avenue. Dubil drove the vehicle and Terry allegedly stole money from the store, according to arrest records.
Police allege in arrest records that the pair used the stolen money to purchase drugs.
Terry was arrested by police on Nov. 19 and charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, according to court records.
