EDWARDSVILLE – Borough tax collector Carol Brawley said Wednesday is the last day taxpayers can pay the face amount on property taxes to the Wyoming Valley West School District.

School taxes paid after Wednesday will be due at the penalty amount.

The tax office at the borough building will be open 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. Taxpayers should bring the entire bill when making payments. Home collections are available to anyone by calling the office at 288-7899.

Tax bills are sent directly to homeowners. Anyone who has not received a school tax bill should contact Brawley as soon as possible.
