North Cross Valley Expressway fully open

PennDOT says that as of 3 p.m. all lanes are open on the North Cross Valley Expressway, Route 309, between Plains Township and the Back Mountain. Southbound Exit 5, to Wyoming Avenue, Kingston had been closed for several months as bridge repairs were being done. Travel lanes in both directions also had been restricted.
