The Luzerne County Court House Centennial Gala was beautiful. Although it was tainted with recent current events the celebration can be viewed as turning a page in history to promote a better government. We can regain our pride and elect officials who will honor their position and restore trust. LOL! I wish my Mom was around to comb my hair before the photograph snapped the photograph. I miss her company. Thanks for the companionship to all! Sharing conversation, dancing and a brief time smoking a ladies good cigar with fine gentlemen was great!

Perhaps anyone who wanted to attend paid a ticket price?

There was no taxpayer dollars spent. Tickets were $65 and the rest was corporate sponsorships. And BTW, there were MANY ads inviting the public to attend.
