WILKES-BARRE – Republican strategist Karl Rove will present a free lecture to all local college students on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Dorothy Dickson Darte Center on the Wilkes University campus.

Rove, who was nicknamed “The Architect,” was a chief adviser to President George W. Bush. Rove’s talk to college students coincides with his Tuesday appearance at the Luzerne County Republican Party spring dinner.
The dinner will be held at 6 p.m. at Genetti Hotel & Conference Center, 77 E. Market St., Wilkes-Barre.
