Joe and Nadia Wegleski brave the frigid temperatures to ride the Ferris wheel during First Night festivities on Wednesday. Crowds that scorned the cold and turned out for the event held at the Mall at Steamtown in Scranton found games, rides and entertainment of many kinds. Among offerings were a magician, costumed entertainers and a ‘Build a Bear’ station for the kids.
