Statement from Luzerne County judges

WILKES-BARRE - Luzerne County Senior Judge Chester Muroski issued a statement on behalf of all members of the court at 11:30 a.m. today at the county courthouse. (see attached)

A source told The Times Leader that the U.S. Attorney's Office will announce charges today against President Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. and senior Judge Michael T. Conahan.

The charges stem from a long standing probe into corruption of the Luzerne County judiciary.
