Suspects caught in Plymouth-to-Mountain Top pursuit

A New York man faces a slew of charges after leading police on a high-speed chase from Plymouth to Wright Township and ramming a Kingston police cruiser following a shooting incident early Thursday morning, police said.

Michael Fitzroy Bruce, 21, of 19 Jones Drive, Highland Mills, N.Y., was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person, institutional vandalism, careless driving, reckless driving and driving at an unsafe speed.
