Tattoo artist charged with e-mailing picture of body part

EDWARDSVILLE - A tattoo artist was charged by police for allegedly e-mailing a picture of a woman's vagina he had pierced.

Shawn Besnoska, 34, of Moosic, was charged with two counts of invasion of privacy and a single count of harassment. He was arraigned by District Judge Paul J. Roberts in Kingston and released on $5,000 bail late Tuesday night.

Police allege in the criminal complaint Besnoska pierced a woman's vagina and e-mailed a picture to a man on June 4.
