(AP) A health organization that successfully pushed for a Los Angeles County law mandating condom use in the adult film industry is now taking aim at Florida.

Officials with AIDS Healthcare Foundation filed a sanitary nuisance complaint last month with the state Health Department over a pornography film apparently made in South Florida without condom use. AHF President Michael Weinstein said Wednesday the group doesn't want adult film performers exposed to health risks in states outside California.

The complaint asks for an investigation. State health officials didn't immediately respond to an email seeking comment.

Voters in Los Angeles County last year approved a law requiring pornography actors to use condoms to guard against sexually transmitted diseases. A California federal judge recently ruled that law is constitutional.
