(AP) A Colorado woman who married an Algerian terror suspect and agreed to support his jihadist training is being sentenced in Philadelphia.

Jamie Paulin-Ramirez faces 15 years in prison for aiding terrorism, but she will get less time after helping the FBI investigate her husband and others, including a Pennsylvania woman who called herself "Jihad Jane."

A defense lawyer says Paulin-Ramirez, of Leadville, Colo., was a battered woman with a troubled past when she took her young son to Ireland to marry Ali Charaf Damache in 2009. And a defense expert said Wednesday that she had a naive view of Islam, based mostly on things she read online.

Damache is in custody in Ireland, fighting extradition to the U.S.

Colleen LaRose, who called herself "Jihad Jane," was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison.
