The Back Mountain Memorial Library Board of Directors and staff would like to wish their patrons and friends a very happy and joyous holiday season.
The smiles and cheers that people bring to the library throughout the year are one very important reason for the success of the library and, especially at this time of year, those associated with the library thank everyone for their continued patronage and community support.
The public is welcome to attend the library’s annual Holiday Open House scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 16, and Friday, Dec. 17.
Patrons are encouraged to take a break from their hectic holiday preparations and stop by for some light refreshments! A display of holiday books will be conveniently located on the front bookcases. Both fiction and non-fiction (holiday recipes, crafts, etc.) books are available to borrow.
Registration for the Winter Storyhours will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 5. Parents may call the library beginning at 9:30 a.m. to register their child.
Anyone interested in displaying their artwork on the library’s new “Art Wall” during the upcoming New Year may call the library at 675-1182.
