THERESA KRUSZKA
   
December 12, 1998
    Theresa V. Kruszka, 68, a resident of East Union Street, Nanticoke died
Saturday at her home.
   
Born Dec. 22, 1929, in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late John and
Anna Hudacek Kotulak.
   
She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School and the Nanticoke public schools.
   
She was employed for many years in the local garment industry, having
worked at Holly Dress, Nanticoke. She retired from Centurion Manufacturing,
Wilkes-Barre in 1992.
   
She was a former member of the International Ladies Garment Workers’ Union
and St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church, West Church Street, Nanticoke.
   
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kruszka, on Oct. 1, 1978;
brothers, Thomas, Joseph, John, Method, Cyril; sisters, Mary Martino, Betty
Kotulak, Ann Kotulak and Sister Cletus.
   
Surviving are her daughters, Suzanne Kruszka, Nanticoke; Lisa Owens, with
whom she resided; sister, Sister Venantia, Sisters of St. Cyril & Methodius
Convent, Danville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
   
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the Earl W. Lohman Funeral
Home, 14 W. Green St., Nanticoke with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.
in St. Stanislaus Church, with the Rev. Joseph C. Streit, Chaplain of Mercy
Hospital, officiating.
   
Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Nanticoke.
