KINGSTON – A local adoption and foster care agency has received 40 inquiries regarding a boy who was featured in last Monday’s Times Leader.
Kathy Marino, the caseworker for Russell, said that of those inquiries, four or five families may be a good fit for the former Lackawanna County boy.
She said she still encourages potential adoptive parents who may be interested in Russell to contact her because it’s not certain any of the families will work out for him.
