WILKES-BARRE — A Dallas man will spend two to four years in state prison in connection with child-pornography charges.

Caleb Daniel Fox, 26, was sentenced Tuesday by Luzerne County Judge Tina Polachek Gartley.

According to an affidavit, investigators with the state Attorney General’s office found on a hard drive at Fox’s home at least 15 videos depicting juvenile females engaged in sexual activities.

Fox pleaded guilty in April to seven counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Fox is not considered a sexually violent predator, according to court documents, but must undergo a sex-offender assessment and is not to have any unsupervised contact with minors.

He is to serve two years’ probation after release.
