Greater Wilkes-Barre Association for the Blind

Amy Feldman, Trucksville, has joined the organization as the Director of Development. Feldman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in advertising and public relations and holds a Master of Science degree from Misericordia University in organizational management specializing in marketing.

United Methodist Homes

Michael Perlock has been named administrator of the Tunkhannock campus. Perlock earned his bachelor’s degree from Misericordia University and completed a year-and-a-half long administrative internship at United Methodist Homes’ Wesley Village Campus in Pittston and completed the nursing home administrator licensure course at Marywood University.

Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association

In a group admission ceremony sponsored by the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association/Bar Association of Luzerne County and its Young Lawyers’ Division, thirteen attorneys were sworn in to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Those sworn in include Nina M. DeCosmo, Joseph James Grochal, Michael G. Greenfield, Daniel A. Hollander, Martin P. Reap, Caitlin M. Humphreys, Hyung Seok Kang, Diane M. Palissery, Nicholas Marsilio II, Casey A. Sauerwine, Michael R. Sharkey, Joanna B. Smith and Alexander B. Russin.
