Maribeth Jones has joined the team as a vice president of strategic planning. A graduate of the Real Estate Institute of Pennsylvania, Jones is a certified residential specialist (CRS) and certified residential broker (CRB) through Realtor’s National Marketing Institute, Chicago.
Sally Rothstein, of the firm’s Back Mountain branch, has been promoted to vice president of sales services. Rothstein has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Wilkes-Barre Association of Realtors where she serves as RPAC chair.

AMERICAN SMALL MANUFACTURERS COALITION
Eric Joseph Esoda, NEPIRC executive director, has been appointed to serve on the American Small Manufacturers Coalition’s (ASMC) 2013 Next Generation Manufacturing Study Steering Committee. The study will identify small and mid-sized manufacturing best practices, utilize that information to accelerate industry adoption and guide federal manufacturing policy to encourage those practices.
Dick Kane of Kane Is Able trucking company has been named executive in residence for the universities Jay S. Sidhu School of Business and Leadership and its Family Business Forum for the fall 2013 semester. Kane will team teach the course about family business with Jeffrey Alves, dean of the Sidhu School.
