Sam Zatcoff of Holiday Green Acres, Kingston, celebrated his 91st birthday on April 11, 2007.
His twin brother Joseph passed away on Feb. 10, 2007.
Sam Zatcoff was a World War II veteran. He was a co-owner of Keystate Bakery Inc. in Wilkes-Barre. The bakery closed in April 1981.
