Donna M. Kosakowski, 49, of Idetown Road, Lehman Township, passed away
Saturday shortly after admission to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in Rahway, N.J., she was a daughter of Joseph Silva, Selingsgrove, and
the late Victoria (Lesinski) Silva. She was a graduate of Lake-Lehman High
School. At one time she was employed as a unit secretary in Nesbitt Memorial
Hospital, Kingston. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys
Lake.
Surviving in addition to her father are husband of 28 years, Edward T.;
daughters Tanya Nghiem, Philadelphia, Courtney Kosakowski, Kingston; sisters
Patricia Leahy, Brick, N.J., Debbie Barziloski, Tunkhannock; grandson Nicholas
Nghiem, Philadelphia.
Funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday from the Richard H. Disque Funeral
Home Inc., 672 Memorial Highway, Dallas, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10
a.m. in Our Lady of Victory Church, with the Rev. Kevin P. Mulhern
officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of
Kingston Township
Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
