LCCC sponsors ‘Empty Place at the Table’

The Luzerne County Community College Counseling Department and the Domestic Violence Service Center (DVSC) recently sponsored ‘An Empty Place at the Table,’ a program designed to celebrate the memories of individuals whose lives were taken in a senseless way.
