Wyoming Valley Dog Squad Troop 221 of Dog Scouts of America recently donated a pet oxygen mask kit to Laflin Fire Department through a donation from Girl Scout Troop 4958. Wyoming Valley Dog Squad Troop 221 previously instructed the Girl Scout Troop on bite prevention. More information about dog scouts can be found at www.dogscouts.org.
