Spring Break for Autism will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday at La Buona Vita, 200 Reilly St., Dunmore. The affair will offer plenty of refreshments, including appetizers, seafood and carving stations and an open bar. Ej the D.J. will provide entertainment and music. The event will feature raffles and a silent auction for prizes including a year of massages from Steven’s Chiropractic; a week-long trip to Fripp Island, S.C., including a monetary gift for transportation; a men’s bike from Sickler’s Bike Shop; four rounds of golf at the Country Club of Scranton; a limousine ride to New York City from Gilbride Limousine, including gift certificates to use in New York; a baseball autographed by Sandy Koufax; and many more items.
