The Lifelong Learning Begins with Literacy Committee at Luzerne County Community College recently held a collection of new or gently used books for children ages 6 to 18. The goal of the program is to increase the availability and accessibility of books to children in order to improve literacy and promote lifelong learning. Books are available for students who are involved in the nurturing and caring of children.
