Wyoming Valley Dog Squad Troop 221 of Dog Scouts of America recently donated pet oxygen masks to the Harding Fire Company. The masks are for pets in need of resuscitation after suffering from smoke inhalation at the scene of a fire. The troop has distributed more than 70 pet oxygen masks throughout the area.
