Constables hold Oath of Office ceremony

The Luzerne County Constable’s Association Chapter 40 recently held its annual ‘Oath of Office’ ceremony in the Court of Common Pleas. The Oath of Office was administered by Luzerne County Judge of Common Pleas William H. Amesbury.
