The Wyoming Valley West School District recently participated in the state meeting of the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science held at Penn State University, State College. More than 2,000 students in grades 7 to 12 from across the state participated in the three-day event. The Wyoming Valley West students earned seven first awards, three second awards, one perfect score and two special awards.
