Members of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, the bar association of Luzerne County, recently gathered at a gala affair to celebrate Law Day. Law Day is an American holiday that was created by official proclamation of the President of the United States in 1958. This year’s celebration was held at the Woodlands Inn and Resort and was planned by co-chairs, attorney Debra Ann Bolus, attorney Patrick E.
