John Kalinick

    John “Camel” Kalinick, 83, a resident at Taylor Nursing and
Rehabilitation
   
Center, died Monday at Moses Taylor Hospital, ScrantonBorn in Old Forge, he
was the son of the late Peter and Helen Hassinec Kalinick. He lived in Taylor
most of his life.
   
Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a miner in local coal mines.
   
He was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Josephine Glevick,
in 1972.
   
Surviving are his wife, the former Ann Lavelle; a daughter, Caryl Decker,
Chinchilla; a grandson; a brother, Peter, Duryea; and several nieces and
nephews.
   
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with the
Rev. Daniel B. Troutman officiating.

Main St., Old Forge.
