The Friends of the Hoyt Library are celebrating the 85th anniversary of the Hoyt Library in Kingston at a gala luncheon and fashion show, West Side Style, at noon on Nov. 2 at Vanderlyn’s Restaurant, Schuyler Avenue, Kingston. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Fashion stores participating are Shooze, Yuki’ s, Bratty Natty, Gabree’s, John’s Consignment Shop, Rumor Has It-A Young Ladies Consignment Shop, Talbot’s, Sarno’s, Deb Shop, Tallulah, Baby Vogue, Showroom 56, Arch Comfort and Dazzle Boutique at Star Tresses. Advance sale only tickets are available by calling JoAnne at 570-288-6615. No tickets will be sold at the door and no tickets will be held at the door. A vegetarian meal will be offered. Proceeds from the fashion show will benefit the Hoyt Library. Reservation deadline is Friday.
